Those who enjoy participating may feel called to serve at Mass, the opportunity to serve as Extraordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist, or Eucharistic Minister, is a special service you can perform for your parish community. It is an honor to distribute to friends, family and parishioners both the Body and the Precious Blood. If you would like to serve Holy Communion, we offer training. These sessions are offered about twice each year: once in the Spring and once in the Fall. Training is one session.

Some of our Eucharistic Ministers are trained and available to bring Communion to anyone who may be elderly or home-bound for any reason. This is available for a short-term or long-term basis, daily or weekly.
