Removal of the the Old Boiler (Bessy)
Once the new system has been installed and is fully operational, the old Gas Boiler in the basement of the Parish Center will become obsolete. It will then be decommissioned and removed, freeing up space for other needs.

The pouring of the concrete pad
On February 08, 2024, the concrete pad was poured on which the new outdoor heating/cooling units will sit. This is the first part of the actual build process for the New HVAC System

Unit Placement & Piping
At the end of March, the HVAC units arrived and have been placed on the new concrete foundation.
At the same time, the refrigeration piping has been set under the Church in preparation.
The Air Handler will be rebuilt soon, and the coils in the ducting under the Church will begin mid April.
Progress is on track to have everything up and running by Summer 2024
